Flavie, a professional belly dancer and instructor from France, is celebrated for her powerful hip technique and effortlessly fluid style, blending strength and elegance in every performance.
Her dance journey began at a young age, fueled by a deep passion for movement and expression. With a degree in education, Flavie merges her teaching expertise with years of experience in belly dance. Her dedication has earned her numerous championship titles in prestigious competitions across multiple countries.
Based in Paris, Flavie teaches regular classes, guiding dancers of all levels to refine their technique and discover their unique expression. She also travels internationally, sharing her expertise at workshops and festivals, inspiring dancers with her signature style and deep connection to the art of belly dance.
Born and raised in Syria, Miramar’s passion for dance started before she could walk. With over 13 years of experience, she has immersed herself in Middle Eastern dance forms, including Oriental dance, Dabke, Samai, Tarrab, and Bedouin styles.
Her professional journey spans the Middle East, Brisbane, and France, earning her recognition as a celebrated performer and instructor at prestigious events like the Woodford Folk Festival, Mosaic Festival, Luminous Lantern Parade, ODM in Spain, and Baladi Fest in France.
Miramar’s style fuses her Syrian heritage with the authenticity of Oriental dance and the richness of traditional movement, reflecting her deep cultural connection and lifelong devotion to the art.
Hey, I’m Irena! I’m passionate about dance, culture, and creating memorable experiences for people who love to explore new places and dance. I lived and worked in Morocco for years, co-owning an award-winning surf and yoga hostel in Tamraght. That experience taught me the joy of bringing people together and showing them the beauty of this region through adventure and connection.
Now, I’m combining my love for travel, culture, and dance into various holidays and retreats for avid dance enthusiasts or first-timers wanting a safe, creative, and fun space to reconnect with themselves, their love of life, and explore this passion with new like-minded friends. Morocco is close to my heart, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
